the bruins continued to tune up for the playoffs today with a crushing defeat of the islanders . it was a close game through 2 periods andthen 5 goals were scored in the third period . 4 of them by the bruins , beating the islanders 6-3 . the bruins now have 5 games left, locked up a playoff spot at worst , and have more 20+ goal scorers than any other team . it starting to look good in boston .
